This dress is absolutely gorgeous. It is brand new - never been worn and never been altered. The tag is still on the dress. It is extremely comforable, light, and breathable - you will have no problem dancing the night away in it. It has a beautiful plunging back - which is very rare for strapless dresses. It comes with spaghetti straps that easily clip on. The chest area is very secured, so you won't need to worry about pulling the dress up constantly. It can easily be altered to fit any size - I am a street size of 4 and alterations wouldve been super simple.
